Blanco Ristorante con pizzeria Italian Cocktail & Food Mallorca

Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The service was extremely slow—we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, when the food finally did come, only two of the four dishes were brought out. The remaining two dishes took over 15 minutes longer to arrive, by which time the first two people had already finished their meals. On top of that, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and forgot our starter. We had to remind them about it, which added to our frustration. The food itself was okay, but the disjointed service and lack of attention from the staff really overshadowed the experience. I hope they can improve their service because the food does have potential.
